WHY IT MATTERS

Let me explain

The mosque covers 8,070 square metres and has three main parts: the dome, the mahfil and the courtyard. Together with the courtyard it holds up to 6,230 worshippers at once, and it has two 55-metre minarets. Inside, 72 bands of coloured glass rise from the floor towards the dome, topped by decorative panels that continue the pattern.
