WHY IT MATTERS

Let me explain

Sites are seeing preparatory works within the infrastructure phases, covering roads, water, sewage, electricity and telecom networks, along with public realm and parks. Year one allocated 10,024 residential plots totalling 6,380,600 square metres through an electronic draw. The program aims to provide 10,000 to 40,000 residential plots a year for five years at no more than SAR 1,500 per square metre. Handover of the first batch to beneficiaries began on 19 October 2026 in Al Nakheel, Al Malqa and Al Qairawan, and will continue as the plans become ready (RCRC, 13 September and 19 October 2026; SPA, 19 October 2026).
