The first release offers villas with three to five bedrooms, a courtyard and six layouts, with three interior design options ranging from traditional Najdi to contemporary. The Signature Collection, launched at Cityscape Global in November 2024 after the first 106 villas sold out, offers one- to four-bedroom fully furnished homes inspired by the architecture of historic Najdi forts, with access to the amenities of the co-located Ritz-Carlton, Diriyah hotel. Community amenities include a clubhouse, mosque, kindergarten, pool and gym. Next door, Diriyah Square is a 186,000 sqm pedestrian destination with more than 400 brands, where Diriyah Company awarded contracts worth SAR 2.729 billion in October 2026 for five hotels and three residential assets with 413 hotel rooms and 34 branded residential units (Diriyah Company; SPA).
