WHY IT MATTERS

Let me explain

The notice was issued on 9 October 2026 on the US federal contracting portal as market research, not yet a request for proposals. The pavilion sits on plot P5.N1.B03.01 in the Expo masterplan’s Technology district, fronting the Loop of Nations: a 5,368 m² plot with a maximum GFA of 8,052 m² and a 20 m height limit. The temporary structure is planned at about three storeys with 5,000 to 6,000 m² of exhibition space and must handle at least 23,000 visitors a day over the six-month Expo, with a rooftop garden and restaurant, two commercial kitchens and a VIP suite. Capability statements are due on 11 November 2026 (MEED, 14 October 2026; SAM.gov).
