Jeddah Tower reaches floor 120 at about 482 metres, with 72% of its concrete poured and completion expected in 2028

In its financial results statement on 2 November 2026, Kingdom Holding Company said Jeddah Tower, developed by its associate Jeddah Economic Company, has reached floor 120 at about 482 metres. More than 322,000 cubic metres of concrete have been poured, about 72% of the target quantity, and more than 3,900 facade panels installed, about 14% of the total.

WHY IT MATTERS

Let me explain

MEP first-fix works are under way and the steel subcontractor for the Sky Terrace has started on site. KHC CEO Talal Ibrahim Al Maiman expects the tower to reach about half a kilometre before the end of 2026 and to be fully complete in 2028. The completion contract, signed in October 2024 with Saudi Binladin Group, is worth about SAR 7.2 billion over 42 months for a tower of more than 1,000 metres and 157 floors; 63 floors were built at signing. With the facade at 14% against 72% of the concrete, the building envelope and MEP are now the critical path (Kingdom Holding Company).
