The project covers more than 829,000 m2 and includes more than 4,000 residential units, more than 500 hotel rooms, more than 40,000 m2 of offices, more than 139,000 m2 of retail, restaurants and cafes, and more than 103,000 m2 of green spaces and public parks. Saudi Downtown Company also announced agreements with Sumou Real Estate (residential buildings and towers) and Sumou Investment (a hotel real estate fund study), an MoU with the Al Fozan Community Service Program for a mosque, and the mall and boulevard in partnership with Cenomi Centers (SPA; Saudi Downtown Company).
