Cenomi Centers signs SAR 825 million contract with Lynx Contracting to design and build the mall and offices at Madinah Downtown

Cenomi Centers (Arabian Centres Co.) has signed a design and build contract with Lynx Contracting for the mall and office components of Madinah Downtown, a project of Saudi Downtown Company, a PIF company. The contract is worth SAR 825 million excluding VAT, runs for 30 months and was signed on 29 October 2026.
